Cantina Buranco The name of this comes from the cru vineyard Buranco from which the grapes are harvested that compose it. The creation of this wine has been sought to discover the characteristics of the ancient Cinque Terre wine, combining the tradition of alcoholic maceration of the skins, with the innovation of the temperature control of fermentation. The three varieties that make up the Cinque Terre wine: Albarola, Bosco and Vermentino, come exclusively from its own vineyards and are grown, harvested and vinified separately in order to better enhance their own characteristics. The result is a wine of great structure, which, because of its high level of quality, since its debut has won wide acclaim.
